Physical Products (Spoon Sets)

Returns

We accept returns of spoon sets within 30 days of delivery..

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

International Orders

Due to high shipping costs and customs complexities, we do not offer refunds or returns for international orders at this time. Please order carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at contact@spoonremix.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Digital Products (Masterclass tutorials)

All tutorial sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature and instant access of our tutorials, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
